I received my degree in Chemistry Science in the University Autonoma de Madrid (Spain) and in Physics-Chemistry of solid state in Paris XI University (ORSAY) in 2003. In December 2008, I completed my PhD in Chemistry, with honours, in the Glass and Ceramics Institute, Madrid (Spain). I carried out a study of both optical and structural changes caused by Ag+-Na+ ion exchange in soda lime glasses by means of visible and Raman spectroscopy, respectively. For 18 months, I took a post-doctoral position in the École Nationale Supérieure de Lille (France) in a R&D project with the enterprise Snecma Solide Propulsion (Bordeaux) for aeronautics applications in the area of advanced ceramics (SiC composites) and glazed thin films.
Currently, I am doing a training in the Paul Scherrer Institute (Switzerland) about the study and characterisation of SEI film formation in graphite electrodes by means of Raman and FTIR spectroscopies.
